comfortable bed, comfortable pillows with a peaceful sleeping environment and a clean room that made my stay quite pleasant.

Great location close to the casinos, can't beat that! 🎰 Plus, there's a lovely lake just a short 5-minute stroll away from here. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Neat and updated unit on the second level, really helpful staff. Magnificent and premier location, very close to the ferry terminal. Based close enough to many stores around, the casino from, and restaurants and shopping areas. Peaceful stay in late night.

The room here was immaculately clean, spacious with 2 double beds, and had convenient amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a personal safe.

The staff was accommodating and polite in any situation.

The hotel provides great service. The venue offers well-appointed and neat rooms with amenities like a coffee pot and a good bathroom. Super friendly and amiable staff. The setting is good, close enough to beaches and the casino.

Good location. Staff very nice. For the most part the hotel was clean. Free continental breakfast was nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The continental breakfast ends too early during week. The microwave in our room was on the desk. Gave a cheap feel to the room. It should have its own area with the refrigerator. The parking lot needs a little fixing up and the pool area could use a little TLC. Maybe some nicer landscaping.

It was easy to see

The staff was short, gave us no directions to our room. It was hard to get to. There were no extra pillows, the blinds in our room did not close, the air conditioning was broken..... Overall I was not happy and would stay at a clarion again, nor would I recommend it.

Hotel had no record of multiple confirmed rooms from Booked.net Left a group of us in the lobby for over 2 hrs until we paid a second time for the prepaid rooms. Staff & oncall manager offered no assistance in resolving this. Step 1 in Hospitality: do what you can to make the customer happy. There was obviously an error between Booked.net & the hotel. Do not leave it up to the customer to track down which vendor messed this up. Throw the group of us one of our rooms instead of leaving us to clutter up your lobby all sprawled out with luggage & complaining in front of other customers for 2 hrs. Booked.net was non-responsive after multiple calls to resolve this mess. This is not brain surgery people! Minimize the bad situation, don't make it worse.

The breakfasts here are fantastic with great instant coffee and options for restricted diets; the location is cozy and wonderful, just a 15-minute walk to a beautiful white lighthouse.
